The PGA WORKS Leader is responsible for the successful advancement of specific program elements within the PGA REACH inclusion platform, PGA WORKS, including but not limited to: fellowships, scholarships and career exploration events and other aspects of the PGA WORKS’ workforce diversification strategy and operations to benefit the golf industry at large. Â
Responsible for the general promotion of PGA WORKS opportunities and the establishment of (and review for compliance with) recruiting and job responsibilities standards for the participating employers of PGA WORKS funded fellowships.
