According to the New York Post, Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake are leading a group of investors in the development of a luxury club community in Florida. The project is being carried out by Wellington Lifestyle Partners and The NEXUS Luxury Collections, along with veteran golfer Tiger Woods and pop sensation Justin Timberlake. With Joe Lewis and Mark Bellissimo as co-investors, the 600-acre town will include single-family custom homes and condos with prices starting at $3 million for lots and homes ranging between $4 million and $5 million. The community will feature world-class amenities such as recreational, fitness, health, and athletic leisure facilities.
The town will feature a newly-built clubhouse and a separate clubhouse with training and analytical needs to enhance golfing skills. The Pete-Dye designed 18 Hole Championship course is undergoing renovations, making it a fitting amenity given the involvement of the legendary golfer himself. Additionally, the community will have tennis courts, paddle courts, racquet courts, basketball courts, squash courts, a sports simulator, and pickleball courts. Four swimming pools, each to Olympic standards, are also available for families and children, with an “adults-only” pool with cabanas.
The 40,000 square feet fitness arena, The Field House, is designed with state-of-the-art amenities such as a cardio and weights training room, a stretching area, and studio classrooms. The spa and massage center offer rejuvenation options such as saunas, cold plunge pools, hydrotherapy facilities, and saltwater float pods.
For children, the community has facilities such as a rock-climbing arena and an indoor gaming arcade. The community also includes a 16-acre central park lake with jogging tracks, a yoga garden, and relaxation trails, and a 17-acre commercial area that includes a mall, offices, restaurants, and shops.
