Business Golf Accelerator Program Positions Women From Tee Box to Boardroom

by AAGD Staff

In today’s competitive professional world, networking and relationship-building often happen beyond the boardroom. Recognizing the strategic role golf can play in business connections, LPGA Professional Jamie Taylor, founder of 10K Golf, has introduced a new initiative designed to help women confidently step onto the course and use the game as a professional advantage.

The Business Golf Accelerator is a program created to help women leverage golf as a tool for leadership, confidence, and career growth. Rather than focusing solely on technical golf instruction, the program positions the golf course as a dynamic environment where participants can develop communication skills, build meaningful relationships, and navigate professional interactions in real time.

Taylor explains that many business opportunities are shaped during informal moments—such as corporate golf outings—where conversations naturally evolve from casual play to important business discussions. A round of golf can create space for authentic dialogue, allowing professionals to strengthen partnerships, explore new opportunities, and leave lasting impressions on colleagues, clients, and decision-makers.

“Most professional women are not avoiding golf because they cannot play. They are avoiding it because no one ever showed them how to use it. How to walk into a golf environment and feel like they belong,” says taylor on the 10kgolf.com website. “This is not a golf lesson. It is a confidence and leadership program.”

The Business Golf Accelerator is structured to accommodate women at different levels of golf experience, including beginners who may be new to the sport as well as those who already play but want to approach the game more strategically in professional settings. Participants can choose between two program options designed to fit different schedules and goals.

The six-week foundation program includes three live sessions held every two weeks, along with app-based accountability tools that help participants stay engaged between sessions. This option is designed to help women gain confidence on the course in time for spring business and networking events.

For those seeking deeper integration, the 12-week program offers six live sessions combined with structured practice periods. This format allows participants to steadily develop both golf skills and professional presence, preparing them to comfortably participate in summer golf outings and corporate events.

The first cohort will begin in March and will be limited to twelve participants, allowing for a more personalized learning experience. As founding members, participants will receive reduced program rates in exchange for feedback that will help refine future cohorts.

Through the Business Golf Accelerator, Taylor aims to help women see golf not just as a sport, but as a powerful platform for professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful business connections. Learn more about the programs by visitng https://www.10kgolf.com
