Flight not included. We are happy to help you book your international flight to Accra. Travelers should schedule their flight to arrive Ghana at Kotoka International Airport (ACC) not later than Sunday, Oct. 30 (Depart the USA on Saturday, Oct. 19). Your return flight to the USA should be booked for departure from Accra anytime on Saturday, Nov. 12.

  • You will tour these cosmopolitan cities of Ghana with an unforgettable visit to Cape Coast Castle (Slave Dungeon) which held enslaved Africans before they began the horrific journey to America
  • Participate in a great African Tradition of the Enstoolment of a Chief on Monday, Oct. 31
  • Visit the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi, the official residence of Asantehene, whose power and authority are embedded in the legendary golden stool
  • Stroll through Ghanian craft villages to observe artisans at work on things such as authentic Kente cloth, Adinkra (ah-DEEN-krah) cloth, woodcarvings, stools, swords, statues, and tie-dye.
