PXG Collaborates with STEM Atlanta Women to Inspire Young Black Women in STEM and Golf

by AAGD Staff

This past June, PXG hosted a captivating interactive experience at their Buckhead, Georgia location, led by their head engineers and master fitters. Among the attendees were members of STEM Atlanta Women, a non-profit organization dedicated to enlightening, educating, and empowering young black women and girls to explore and embrace STEM opportunities worldwide.

STEM Atlanta Women offers a range of classes, labs, and resources to nurture talent in the industry and provide young girls with the tools they need to build a successful future.

Taking their commitment further, PXG, in collaboration with Make Golf Your Thing and the TOUR Championship, has joined forces to offer these girls an exceptional opportunity. They will be provided with tickets to the upcoming tournament at East Lake Golf Club this August, granting them a behind-the-scenes experience that delves into the world of STEM career options within the game of golf.

This remarkable initiative aims to inspire and expose these young women to the exciting possibilities that lie at the intersection of STEM and golf. Through this exclusive experience, they will gain valuable insights into the diverse career paths available within the golfing industry, fostering curiosity and igniting a passion for both STEM and the game of golf.
