Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s youngest daughter, Adira River Ohanian, has made history by becoming the youngest owner of two professional sports teams, all before her first birthday. The exciting news was revealed on August 22, 2023, when Serena introduced Adira to the world.

Adira River not only joins the family as Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr.’s little sister but also as a co-owner of professional sports teams. Serena and Alexis had previously become part-owners of the Los Angeles Golf Club (LAGC), the pioneering team in Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s tech-infused golf league, TGL, as reported by AFROTECH.

Alexis shared this remarkable development on Instagram, emphasizing Olympia’s role as the youngest owner in professional sports and teasing the addition of her future sibling as a co-owner. This post was made on June 8, 2023.

Adira’s ownership stake in The Los Angeles Golf Club was officially confirmed in a tweet following her birth announcement. Alexis explained that the trust investments they made covered Olympia and any future children they might have, making Adira a part of the @weareangelcity ownership as well.

This inclusion of their children in their business ventures has become a consistent practice for Serena and Alexis. Olympia made headlines as the youngest owner in professional sports when she acquired a stake in the women’s soccer team, Angel City FC. Alexis expressed his dedication to creating more opportunities in women’s sports for his family, emphasizing their commitment to a brighter future for their daughter.

Now, Adira follows in her sister’s footsteps, making history as one of the youngest owners in the world of professional sports.
