Uniqueness is what every golf course around the world has in common. No matter the length, slope, rating, or location, golfers will tell you that no two courses are alike.

The Golf Lover’s Guide, by author Michael Whitehead, showcases some of the best courses Englad has to offer. Everything you could imagine–and then some– is included right in the 248 page book which is available in hardcopy or paperback. Whitehead includes par scores, yardage, green-fees price indicators, booking procedures, history of each club and how best to play the course.

England is renowned for being the destination where some of golf’s greatest players have played. The landscape is blessed with a rich history and prolific collection of coastal links and inland courses created by some of golf’s most cherished craftsmen; Sunningdale (Park Jr. & Holt), Walton Heath (Fowler), St Enodoc (Braid), Alwoodley and Moortown (MacKenzie) to name just a few.
Michael Whitehead is the author of the inaugural book in this series, ‘The Golf Lover’s Guide To Scotland’, described as “immaculately designed and crammed with beautiful photography…as essential as rain gear and extra golf balls when packing for your next trip to Scotland.”

Since he was a young man, Whitehead, like most modest handicappers, has shared an unrequited love affair with the game of golf. He has, and will always, love playing it, watching it and writing about it.

The Golf Lovers Guide is available on Amazon.
