The Ashaunta A. Epps Educational Scholarship presented their 2024 scholarship to Bryeonna McKnight. The scholarship was first announced in February 2024 and allows A Perfect Swing Foundation Youth members to apply and receive $1000.00 to cover school experiences.
Bryeronna Mcknight is in the 12th grade at Kingstree High School, in Kingstree SC. She has been with A Perfect Swing for 8 yearsand loves the game of golf. She is a true leader to her peers, a hard worker who helps encourage and motivate the new comers. Bryeonna is working to improve her golfing skills, and a champ at reaching her goals. Her instructors have watched her come from being a shy young girl, to now, taking by force, and knowing what she needs to be successful in life.
The application process exposes youth to the scholarship application process, which is vital should they continue their academic journey beyond high school. The submission deadline for this year was July 20, 2024.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, each applicant must:
► Be an active member of the A Perfect Swing
Foundation (not the same as PGA Junior League or
GirlsGolf) for the 2024 peak season
► Attend a minimum of three (3) A Perfect Swing
Foundation events (April-October)
► Will be attending an accredited school (or
educational program) in grades 6-12 for the
2024-2025 school year
