BROOKLYN, NY — The Metropolitan Jewels Ladies Golf Club, Inc. (MJLGC), a nonprofit organization founded in 2023 in Brooklyn, NY, announces that Membership for the 2026 season is now open. Since its inception, the club has created a welcoming and supportive environment for women of all backgrounds and skill levels, from beginners picking up a club for the first time to experienced players looking to grow their game and expand their network.
Built on a foundation of community, empowerment, and access, MJLGC continues to gain momentum as it heads into the 2026 season and actively seeks individuals who are eager to learn, play, and connect through golf, reinforcing its commitment to inclusion and opportunity within the sport. Under the leadership of its President, Cynthia A. Hall, the club is dedicated to increasing the representation of women of color in the game of golf.
Annual dues, which includes full membership privileges, are set at $135.00. Interested persons are encouraged to submit their application and payment on or before May 1, 2026. Membership will officially close on May 2, 2026, making early registration essential for those who wish to be part of the upcoming season.
