Membership-based golf clubs, organizations and associations can promote their membership packages at the 2027 African American Golf EXPO & Forum for $1,000, half the regular $2,000 price. The offer is for non-retail national, regional and state organizations seeking to connect with potential new members.
The EXPO will take place in Orlando alongside the PGA Show. Its exhibit days are Wednesday, January 27, and Thursday, January 28, at the Orange County Convention Center. Participating groups will receive a dedicated table to display membership information and materials. The package also includes admission for one representative and a guest to the EXPO’s educational and social functions, as well as registration for the PGA Show.
Eligible organizations include golf clubs, sororities, fraternities and trade associations. Previous exhibitors named by the organizers include Sisters Across America, the National Golf Player Development Foundation, the National Black Golf Hall of Fame, the Shady Rest Preservation Committee and Shinnecock Golf Club. The discounted offer gives these groups an opportunity to introduce their missions and membership opportunities to people gathered for golf’s annual industry event.
Founded in 2021, the African American Golf EXPO & Forum was created to bring together golfers, industry leaders, businesses and community organizations to support greater inclusion and participation in golf. Its program has included educational sessions, networking, exhibitions and golf clinics, connecting participants with opportunities both on and off the course. The EXPO reports that it has served about 6,000 people across five host cities, welcomed more than 3,000 adults and young people to golf clinics, and hosted over 100 exhibiting companies.
The event’s connection to the PGA Show places the organizations’ displays within a major gathering for golf professionals, retailers, manufacturers and other industry stakeholders. The 2026 PGA Show drew more than 34,000 industry professionals to Orlando, according to show organizers. The 2027 show is scheduled for January 26–29.
For member-based groups, the exhibit is designed as a direct way to share information, build awareness and make connections with people interested in the game and its communities. A table can feature brochures, membership materials, program information and ways for visitors to stay in touch.
