That’s what the Earl Hawkins Golf Academy, at Orange County National (OCN) represents.  Earl has been one of only two minority ran Golf Academy’s located at the prestigious Orange County National, in Winter Garden, Fl.

For many years he was the only one to occupy space at the nation’s largest driving range.  Orange County National features two premier Championship Courses, “Panther Lake” and “Crooked Cat”.  Plus, an excellent 9-hole Executive Course called “The Tooth”.  The Tooth is the primary training facility for the Earl Hawkins cadets and students.  This is where they learn most of their hands-on-training at the facility which is located about 20 miles West of Orlando.

Earl’s knowledge, professionalism and experience has earned him among Golf Magazines’ Top 100 Instructors.

Earl Hawkins

Earl has been at OCN for over twenty years.  He was a student of the late, great, Phil Ritson, the founder and developer of OCN.  Phil was brought here from South Africa by the late Mr. Walt Disney, to head the Walt Disney Golf Department.

I just want to say heads-up and congratulations to Earl Hawkins for his perseverance and passion for introducing kids of all walks of life to this wonderful game of golf that we all love and are addicted too.

There are numerous other academies out at OCN, but none are more diverse and inclusive as the Earl Hawkins Academy.  His Rainbow Coalition is evidence of that—Keep up the good work Earl.
